Sterling Talent Solutions is proud to announce that The RISQ Group was selected as the Best Pre-Employment Screening Services in the fourteenth annual HRM Asia Readers’ Choice Awards. The awards recognize exceptional vendor organizations and showcase the best Corporate Service Providers in Singapore. The HRM Asia Readers’ Choice Awards celebrate the best and most popular HR service providers in Singapore. After the nomination process, HRM Asia readers vote on the best in each category. There were 38 categories in this year’s voting including Best HR Tech-Talent Management, Best Recruitment Firm, Best Corporate Training Program, Best Corporate Health & Wellness Screening Provider to just name a few. The HRM Awards is wholly owned and produced by HRM Asia, a multi-platform network helping to build and celebrate the professional HR community in Asia-Pacific.

KNOWN Verification Tool
RISQ has developed KNOWN, a verification tool built for the sharing economy, created to enhance trust and transparency. The temporary or contractor worker sector of the economy is growing at a rapid rate and will continue to affect the economies and political systems around the globe. KNOWN employs a badge system that informs the marketplace that a participant has been screened in a particular area (e.g., criminal, licensing, education, etc.) At present, two KNOWN badges, police check and licensing, are being employed by Service Seeking, one of Australia’s largest gig economy companies. RISQ Group is in advanced stage trials with several other platforms. RISQ sees an advantage in developing a localized on-demand economy screening tool like KNOWN with clearly identified badges and a local-point of contact with deep knowledge of regional screening protocols and regulatory frameworks.
